My History

For the last 15 years I have made toffee for family, friends and business associates.  After making 45 lbs of toffee for Christmas giving in 2003, I knew I had to make a decision as to where this yearly candy production was taking me.

In order to make sure they were still on my list, the requests for a piece of "the good stuff" were frequent.  With all this support and enthusiasm I decided to take production to the next level and by the fall of 2004 my sewing room was a commercial kitchen, designed around my Grandmother's stove from the 50's.

I am ready to send toffee from my home in Northern Wisconsin to yours, and hope to expand my list to include you.
